Beyond The Supernatural

Estamos en las fechas para poner juegos como este, Beyond The Supernatural, juego de rol de terror publicado por la editorial Palladium Books, y utilizando el sistema de juego de la casa. Aunque el juego tiene dos ediciones, que introducen algunas innovaciones en la mecanica basica de reglas de la editorial, no disponen de un setting propio -aunque transcurre principalmente en la epoca actual, se puede modificar facilmente para jugar en cualquier epoca, y para adaptarse facilmente a cualquier genero de terror- ni de suplementos -aunque llevan tiempo diciendo de un bestiario y de un grimorio para la segunda edicion, que no fueron incluidos en la misma como sucede con la primera edicion-.

He comentado que el juego introducia algunas innovaciones, y estos son principalmente el funcionamiento de los poderes sobrenaturales, introduciendo los P.P.E. (Energia Psionica Potencial), y una nueva forma de usar dichos poderes, olvidandonos de los niveles y el sistema de tantos usos por dia que se usaba en el sistema de juego hasta el momento.

Como la mayoria de los juegos de Palladium, este dispone de su pequeña legion de fans incondicionales, que consideran que este juego ha sido olvidado por parte de la editorial, que le presta mas atencion al RIFTS, y que todavia estan esperando por los suplementos prometidos...
