Ultimamente han caido numerosos links que tenia este blog, por culpa de diversas denuncias. Como dicho material volvia a estar disponible antes o despues, han denunciado directamente el post en donde se encontraban los links. Hoy he recibido el siguiente mail:

Decir que todavia no he encontrado la denuncia en ese servicio... mientras, se podran encontrar los links de dicho post -en breve- en donde estabamos antes ;)

Quita la barrita de blogspot de arriba, que tiene el link puñetero a denunciar un mal uso, evitarás muchas tentaciones.
Yo la quite en mi blog, pero no me preguntes como lo hice, me salio de casualidad... no debe ser muy dificil.
Curioso que solo te hayan denunciado los JdR en español.
Ya lo habia pensado hace tiempo.. El problema es que utilizo uno de los temas propios de blogger, que utiliza el sistema nuevo que tienen y no encuentro en el codigo donde coñe esta lo de la barra... XP

Me gustaria acceder a la puñetera denuncia para saber que contenido/links son los que habría que borrar. Eso indicaría mucho... pero no la encuentro, y blogger no me contesta a los mails :S

Ni te dontestaran... a menos que demuestres que tiens mas dnero que los denunciantes. Aqui solo gaanan los ricos. ¿Quiere sjusticia? págala, asi esta hecho el mundo.

el tema esta en que denunciaron los links en español, me seria mas logico que el denunciante sea alguien como wizard of the coast o white wolf, y que estubieran caidos los links en ingles no en español.
Sinceramente esto me huele a pendejada de algun nene, no es raro ver al tipico "renegado" que va por ahi denunciado links por que es re heavy re jodido.
O bien es por Devir que no quiere que los manuales en español anden por ahi, esta es la primera vez que veo acciones contra un blog por parte de "alguien"

No, si los links funcionan, lo que han denunciado a sido la lista en donde estaban los links :P
Asi que si hay gente que ha copiado links de esa lista en otras webs o blogs, esos links todavia funcionan...

Bueno conociendo como funcionan las empresas normalmente deuncian en el sitio el link, no donde de donde viene los links, por que lo que quieren es que no se pueda descargar, mas que donde sale.
Asi que con toda seguridad, algun gilipollas conservador ultracatolico te anda jodiendo la marrana.

Hay una solucion, pero no se si podria funcionar.
Como Blogger esta bajo la jurisdiccion americana, hay una manera de postear los links tranquilamente (gracias a que he leido esto en : http://www.chillingeffects.org/linking/faq.cgi)
Habria que poner lo siguiente o algo parecido (en ingles, por supuesto)

Y en castellano, no esta de mas RECORDAR que hasta el momento, mientras no se aloja material, los enlaces no es algo ilegal, demostrado judicialmente.
Tambien, se puede añadir una clausula diciendo:
"Si alguno de ustedes pueden probar que este material es suyo y este actualmente publicandose, notifiquemelo y se eliminara el enlace POR CORTESIA, y denuncie al servicio donde permiten alojar material audiovisual ilegalmente."
Si, estom es todo un ZAS EN TODA LA BOCA :D
dequant, no vale ya que blogger tampoco permite poner los links a material que pueda infringir copyright, esta dentro de la clausulas de uso de blogger :P
Y tampoco valdria porque realmente estamos poniendo materiales que todavia se encuentran por las tiendas... la solución, tal vez momentanea, ya esta funcionando. Otra seria mudarme a otro sitio, y que fuese solo por invitación, lo que jodería a muchos, seguramente...

Hay gente que tiene mucho tiempo libre y muy pocos escrúpulos... además de ignorancia supina.
La Ley de Copyright española permite UNA copia de seguridad de todo material con Copyright, así que deberían aplicarte la "presunción de inocencia" por narices. Pero, claro, hay mucho tontorrón que se cree que la palabra de la SGAE es la ley.
Siento las molestias que pueda haberte causado. Con el trabajo que te tomas qué poco te lo agradecen algunos.

Y si, los links son los mismos que habia en este blog, incluso algunos los volvi a revisar, ya que no funcionaban.
Por cierto, que Blogger, en caso de denuncia, tiene puesto que si no eres de USA, el juicio se debe celebrar alli, y lo que hace es quitar lo denunciado de cara al publico, porque puede ser denunciado él tambien, ya que suministra el servicio de blog. Todo eso lo comentan cuando aceptas usar sus servicios...
Yo lo que lamento es que tengais que ir a la web a mirar las descargas, en vez de poder esta la lista integrada con el blog, como estaba antes... es una molestia para todos, ya que alli solo voy a dejar la lista, nada mas.
